The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform ("ODR platform") at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN. This dispute resolution platform gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes related to their online orders without initially involving a court.

Note pursuant to Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSGB):

SCHEU-DENTAL GMBH does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG and is not obligated to do so.
